Things that irritate - please help me achieve a more complete list

We know all irritation may aggravate acne. Is most assuredly not a myth. It is a widely accepted, and frankly, obvious truth for many many of us who pay close attention to it. For example, very nice whenever I get sick or have bad allergies, I will be shatter around in my nose because I blow my nose so, therefore irritate skin around this area. Furthermore, much rather each time that I wear a hat tight for more than one day I'll get little around on my hair line where the CAP shrinks in my skin eruptions.

We cannot avoid irritation completely, but just becoming aware of this helps empower us as clearly as possible.La list that I currently on Acne.org about the irritation includes:

-picking
-tight hats
-rest your face in your hands
-Helmets and Chin slings
-cell phones
-towels

I think we can develop a more filled out toutefois.Voici list those that I am going to add.Please respond with your suggestions as well.

-frequent nose blowing
-Try on clothes (collars them can rub against your face as you move on and their take-off)

I find glasses, in particular the sunglasses can irritate where they are based on your visage.ainsi, the turtlenecks may irritate around in the area of the neck.

-Weightlifting (any kind of exercise on my back, as Bench Press, irritates my back acne)
-Penchant in chairs
-Razors with too many blades (I use dual II of Trac Gillette)
-Certain shampoos (I would receive irritation when I used Bert shampoo more and then élaboré.La sweat would combine with the chemicals in shampoo and then run down my face and return .j ' started using baby shampoo and washing baby, which are soft and non-comedogenic)
-Laundry detergent (All Free Use clear, has neither relaxing colours)
-Fabric softener (I've stopped using this)

I don't understand the point of such a list? you cannot live a toc on the life of acne .Veille on pillows, kissing, bear hats, shaving, wiping your snot disable your nose etc...unavoidable part of life is quotidienne.Même if you are aware of actions that can cause irritation, 1000 limit you t shirts, shaving, from fabrics, bear hats from cellphones or helmets evolution?

Hey you guys. I am writing a new page of irritation. It should be fun and interactive. I need your tho entry if you have experience in these areas:

Travel and acne

I live in San Francisco, which is an extremely mild climate. We have also part more coherent water in the country because it is perfect in the mountains of the Sierra Nevada mountain snow. This makes my treatment of predictable and even personal acne treatment. However, when I travel, I tend to observe changes in my skin.

For example, I just from Pennsylvania to visit my mother and father of last week. Weather is much more extreme coast is that it is here in San Francisco. I know that everything that you entendez.Je travel much, and it seems that every time that I do get a bit of dérivation.Je me recently went to Hawaii and although on treatment, skin freaked out.Je think that that is a combination of humidity and salt water-I live in Northwest, as Dan I'm used to a tempéré.Je climate also believe that pure stress air transport can ravage on skin, so I try to remain possible hydrated and healthy as every time that I steal.

For years I was in hope of finding a natural way to cure acne from the root. While some things help (zinc for example), I began to think that there can be no miracle. Instead of this, I wonder if a cocktail approach could prove more effective. Here's my intestinal transit read what natural cocktails, if indeed there is one, could consist of:

Foundations of acne treatment

We are talking about fundamental for a moment, shall we? I spend a lot of time on the blog to talk here about obscure acne on topics, but limited as in basketball... sometimes you gotta simply shoot free throws for hours, put down fundamental principles, and it is a good time.

In the treatment of acne, I say there are two major principles.

1 Using a generous amount of 2.5% benzoyl peroxide. This is what I want the world to know. Me 10 seconds on Oprah, Good Morning America and view (lol), and I will say, "the secret is to use a ton of 2.5% benzoyl peroxide." It is clear that works. "In cases of doubt, use addition." It's so simple. This is really a very fundamental basis. If you load on 2.5% benzoyl peroxide, acne is hardly a chance.It is simply too puissant.Et if for any reason any does not appear to work, load on some more. Super course lure generous with peroxide 2.5% benzoyl does the trick almost every time.

2 Reduce irritation. Really, regardless of what medications you use on your face, if you have acne inflammatory, the kind that gets red that most people struggle with, you need to do everything in your power to reduce irritation. Subject to inflammatory acne skin is sensitive to the irritation. Reduce this irritation will clear a long way to keep you. 2.5% Benzoyl peroxide is therefore important. It is formula work without irritation excesses of a 5% or 10%. Stay super soft in the application of your acne treatment is also a huge key.If I had a different 10 seconds on Ellen, The Today Show, Regis and Kelly (lol), I would say, "" remain very sweet in the application, by being certain then moisturize as well. ""Remain extremely gentle and extremely means with a capital E, is the best way to go, and is crucial in the reduction of the irrtitation.Moisturizing after benzoyl, or any other drug drying, peroxide will also hold skin from becoming too irritated, which will contribute to the cycle of irritation - acne .i would also missed if I did not mention avoiding picking to ainsi.Prélèvement skin is a huge guilty, only irritation, but the scars of acne .Gardez your intact skin also as far as you can.

Dapsone: This is a new anti-inflammatory topical that can be used alone or with other topicals as benzoyl peroxide. It seems to have some effect, secondary, and that Mr. Jaliman has seen, its patients do not worsen before they best.However, it did say that dapsone may take 12 - 14 weeks to start to produce a résultats.Elle claims approximately 80% of his patients are satisfied with its efficiency.

Product trial - AcneFree Terminator (2% BP)

Someone email me asking me to try this product as a low-percentage mark drugstore benzoyl peroxide possible. My review:

The good: it is a gel that will clear. I have that much gel prefers based BP based cream because the feature freeze does not turn white when you perspire and are easier to apply. It also has a beautiful fragrance-not an added scent, but only a pleasant fragrance from the ingredients in the product. Then, it is a 2% benzoyl peroxide which is close to 2.5% that I recommend. Studies were only conducted on 2.5% compared to the higher percentages. 2.5% work as well in the form of higher percentages, but only 2%?I am not sure, but my assumption is that this is probably the .the tip comes in a 1 oz tube which, while still small, is still somewhat larger than Neutrogena On-the-spot.

The bad: the biggest disadvantage of this BP is gets gloopy when moisturizer is applied on it. I found the combination of this BP and moisturizer to be enough yucky. Unfortunately, it was too bad that it was really a dealbreaker. 1 Oz size (retail $ 5.99) is very low, given the quantity of products that are required to keep clear skin.By using this BP with the program could get very coûteuse.Ensuite, it is quite a thick consistency makes it somewhat difficult to apply.I would love see it done in a thinner consistency.

The bottom line: I don't recommend this product for use with program because it does not seem to work properly with moisturizing, is too thick and arrives in a small taille.Toutefois, if you find a moisturizer that works well with it, take extra care to apply it very gently and can afford the cost, it may be OK in a pinch.

Instant gratification

I was soaking in some rays in my garden for two weeks. I wear a hat, therefore I will not expose my face and neck too, but my body is exposed.

In any case, bear with me, this could get a little yucky, but I was lazy and not covering step President of outdoor wood sit with a towel. Literally in the overnight, my emerging breakout subsided to almost nothing.It just reminded me how powerful the severe back acne treatment is really.It also reminded me how it is important to be generous with application of the product.

Just thought I would share .j ' had perhaps only a lead emerging small - 3 or 4 small zits and some comedones very petites.Les people who have the most serious acne should not full compensation at the lendemain.Toutefois, even serious back acne must respond quickly and dramatically.

Because the skin on the back is so thick and difficult, do not hesitate going full force on the first day if you decide to try.

If you intend to detailed instructions on product bottles

Right, the Acne.org product bottles are now beautiful and clean with plenty of white space. Aesthetic floor I think they are beautiful. But yesterday, Kent had a brainstorm that I think is genius. Ever had an idea that is so simple that it allows you to ask why you have not always been doing? This sounds like a very good idea! and I think deleting acne.org bottle would be an excellent idea trop.De this way, when people go in my bathroom that I do not have to be worried about noticed my tubes and judging my skin.Perhaps its time you think of a good name to call your treatment.Something easy to remember.Something that can sell on the shelves of warehouse and people can remember.Just like Proactiv, Clearasil, or skin ID.

I think that this would be a good step forward for your treatment more favourable sales.

Massage and acne

I have a massage last week and it got me thinking about. I did a little research. Here are my thoughts:
The benefits of massage:
Reduces stress: I was a puddle of relaxation after my massage-completely content.
